I have this b-Vibe X & I also have the b-Vibe rimming plug 2; Neither remote worked, but they were just fine manually adjusting the vibe. Both of these are so amazing and the X made me see stars!

It’s REALLY big. Remote doesn’t work. I did exactly as instructions said to do and I had several exchanges with b-Vibe representative who found no solution. They would not refund my $, and replaced with a new one. Meanwhile I purchased their Rimming plug 2, smaller version of XL model and remote didn’t work either. I messaged the customer service rep twice with no response.
