One of my favorite Neon Wand attachments! The Electric Whip has a great sting to it. The instructions say not to use it as you would a traditional flogger (“throwing” it for impact) but rather, to drag it along the skin. Because of the way the Neon Wand works, you experience the shock most intensely when it is close to your skin but not touching it. I love watching the individual tendrils of the Electric Whip dance along someone’s skin!
