Oof! This is a very intense toy … which is great, but not without its issues. If nothing else, make sure you don’t have your finger over the air release hole on the back of the toy when using the pump! The tongue is firm and fairly long, and you can’t detach it [I REALLY wish it was detachable so you could alternate using it more similarly to a traditional pump]. It also protrudes fairly far, which is fine if you aren’t using the higher pump/pressure intensities, but if you are, there’ll be a strong poke sensation that is inescapable and I didn’t enjoy. If you have a chest larger than a B cup, I don’t know if either attachment would work for you – when I used it on my chest for the first time, the suction was too intense and the tongue limited the amount of space in the cylinder which just resulted in an extremely uncomfortable sensation for me. I liked the genital/vulva cylinder better than the circle-shaped cup because it had a bit more space.
