If you're looking to level up your fingering or solo play game, regardless of hole, this is a great option! The vibration adds a whole other level, and the motor is far superior to dinky little finger vibes or ones that can really only be used externally. Plus, it adds some girth!! Only minus is that because it's worn on the finger, it can get a little numb after awhile, but that's an issue with soooo many handheld toys (especially wands, and this doesn't numb your hand out the way a strong wand can).
