Smartballs are easily retrievable with a silicone coated string. Silicone is hypoallergenic, hygienic, and durable. To clean, wash with soap and water. Toys without electrical components can be cleaned by boiling for 3 minutes or on the top rack of your dishwasher with no detergent. These kegel balls are extremely comfortable to wear, and I love the sporadic pleasure I feel while I move throughout my day. I agree, they are a bit larger and may not be as comfy for a novice or as suitable for every body type.

They are a bit large for some people, but they're pretty comfortable for me. The texture is a little weird, but i've found that it help give the vaginal muscles something to grip on to. I wish they came in a set of varying weights and sizes, but oh well!

These were the first kegel or PC muscle exercising balls I ever used and they worked so well. The shaking balls really engaged my PC muscles and helped me to figure out how I like to exercise them. The weight of the Duo felt totally fine and definitely gave me a good workout. Since using them while exercising and during play, I can actually feel my orgasms getting stronger and longer-lasting which is super exciting!

Super easy to insert and take out. You can tell the silicone is high quality. Sometimes I challenge myself and wear them to yoga. Really my best advice is to wear them out running errands or whatever. Makes doing kegel (and errands) lots of fun.
