This little remote kegel exerciser packs a punch! With the remote, you can independently control both the vibrating and e-stim features, meaning you can use only one at a time or both simultaneously. With 7 vibration settings and 5 e-stim patterns, it's a fantastic toy for both strengthening the kegel exercises and also as a pleasure object that is great for edging and foreplay. If you plan to wear it around the house while doing chores or out, do keep in mind that the little blue light at the end of the retrieval string will show through fabric ;)

unfortunately I had a lot of troubleshooting in terms of making a connection with my partner who was at one point was furiously pointing the remote at my crotch to no avail! In terms of intensity of the electro, there is a wide range, but only one specific pattern... which is very stuttering and jilted. Could've done a lot better, but makes me excited for the next new thing in the electro-kegel field!
