and the fact that they are tapered on the end. I've found that dialators that are to hard and straight don't feel very good and some others feel overly medical. The ring on the end make them easy and fun to play with, which helps the whole process. The silicone is easy to take care of and clean. I do wish they had some other color options as the pink is not my favorite.
