This device is perfect for me because I do not like the toys that I have to insert. External stimulation is my thing. Sona does just that. The waves come out of the small opening at the top at hit me softly or hard, depending on my mood. Plenty of settings, so it is easy to adjust the operating mode to my mood. Silicone is so gentle plus it is antibacterial and it is so easy to clean the toy. Lovely.

This is the one I had waited for a long time. No need to touch the body, the waves penetrate and stimulate the majority of the clitoral area that cannot be seen. I didn't spring for the cruise so it still occasionally stopped during play, however it doesn't happen as often as I thought it might. Its an AMAZING toy if your clit is small enough for it (which is unfortunately not everyone) Much like the womanizer its a great toy for partner play, just not for round one.
