This item is deffffff very "cooling" tingly sensation, as opposed to the regular/classic On, which is more of a warming tingling/vibrating sensation. If you're into the "icy hot" feeling, then I'd say go for it. I think I tend to prefer the original, cuz I like the warming sensation more, but fun to try something different.
