I purchased this cage for in-the-bedroom, tease and denial chastity play, and it worked out super well! It does have a hole for long-term wear so that a person on lockdown can urinate. The hole is also great for some teasing of the head with a finger or a thin implement. I was a little bummed when I realized it was labeled “Plus Silicone” after purchasing (not pure silicone), but it’s all good! Still super happy with how it worked out, since almost every metal and plastic cage I’ve tried to use with a partner hasn't fit around the balls and was very unforgiving in sizing.
