Definitely meant for a person with a medium to significant amount of growth. If you've only been on T a short while and your growth is pretty minimal, I'd say hold off. Putting lube around the edge helps create more suction. Would probs work well for a less endowed penis owner. Very squishy materil, nice ridged texture, good for the price.
