This toy is fairly girthy, & has textured rings that provide extra sensation for your pucker. It also has a bit of a ledge on the bottom of the bulb, leading down to the base, so for some, it may be a little less likely to pop out at an inopportune time. Again, this toy has plenty of texture, so I tend to like it for days where I'm in the mood for a rough ride.
