You can create all kinds of sensations with this depending on how you use it, and you can use it with various metal attachments, so it's super versatile. It really increases the intensity compared to the neon wand by itself, so start on the lowest setting and work your way up from there. Also, just in general use caution with this. It is super easy to use: just put against the skin, like in the waist of your skirt/pants, and touch the other person. It feels like a tingly or prickly sensation that slightly hurts in a good way. I've found it works best with a little gap between skin contact and avoid touching metal with this on! Also FYI, that the person wearing/controlling it WILL feel the shock too!

I was seriously scared to try this the first time but it is so cool once I worked up the nerve! Just insert the metal peg into the Neon Wand (I think it works with other brands too) and I tucked the metal plate into my pants on my hip. When I turned on the wand I thought I could feel a little something but then when I touched my girlfriend ZAP! I could feel it but it seemed much more intense for her and stronger than when we just use the glass attachments. Kissing was AMAZING! I used a pinwheel but that was too intense for her. It's like having a never ending static charge. I've never experienced anything like it!
