Return Policy

Because of the sensitive nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, EXCEPT in the case of a damaged or non-functioning product for which we will offer an exact exchange only. For example, damaged or non-functioning items include those damaged in transit and items with defective motors within 30 days of receipt. This does not include exchanges based on satisfaction. If your product is damaged or defective, your next steps are:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain an exact exchange by calling customer care at (800) 753-4536 x120 from 10am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday.
  • We will provide you with a shipping label at no cost as well as a Return Authorization number and instructions on returning your item. Please note: pre-authorization is required for all exchanges. Any item that is returned without authorization will not be accepted and sent back.
  • Once the defective item is received by us, we will ship a new item to you. The new item will be the exact one originally purchased, as we do not offer exchanges for different products.

If you received the wrong item in your original purchase, please call our customer care department and report any shipping errors within 3 days of receiving your package. You can reach customer care at (800) 753-4536 x120. Everyone at ThePleasureChest.com strives for accuracy, but we are human and mistakes do happen.

OUR PLEDGE: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges (defective products exempt), as we cannot re-sell them. Health and Safety is of the upmost importance to us here at The Pleasure Chest - once our products leave our premises we DO NOT take them back.
