Clean skin with a damp cloth, place two electrode pads on skin. For best results, use contact gel. After use, wipe pads and box down with a little bit of water and let air-dry.DO NOT USE: on head or chest, on eyelids, if you are pregnant, if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electric medical device, if you use any kind of external electric medical device, over broken or irritated skin; ask your doctor before using if you have any serious medical conditions. Remember to remove all jewelry and watches when playing with your e-stim device.

in that they are more environmentally friendly, re-usable, can be sterilized and will last forever!—than the pads that come with the MyStim kit. One thing to note is that these should be used with medical tape around 3 sides to keep it from lifting; if a pad lifts off the skin, it can cause a little burn (it’s immediately obvious when it’s lifting). That said, you run the same risk with the ones in the kit if they lift. An awesome addition to my e-stim kit and highly recommend!
