Full disclosure, I'm a heterosexual woman dating a guy who is very into prostate/butt stuff, but he won't try something unless I bring it over. This is such an interesting and unique toy. I think it might be too advanced for a first-ever prostate/butt toy, but if you've tried out some things before, then I highly recommend this. It has two buttons on it; one is for overall vibration throughout the toy, and the other moves a ball that is inside the tip of the toy back and forth to stimulate the prostate. My partner has told me that you actually don't feel much of the "ball action" once it is inside, except to know that it is doing something amazing. He highly recommends.
