Does this item work? Yes. Is it my favorite restraint/bondage item I've ever bought? No. It's easy for the ropes to get a bit too tight during play, and the silver bits on the end are just pieces of mylar/silver plastic and are irritating. I wish they were either actual metal or just not there at all.
