I'm a size 32 waist, 6", 150pounds. I have an slim athletic body shape and the leg straps are very tight. The waist velcro straps are terrible. They rub uncomfortably around the waist and are not soft. This feels like I'm wearing cheap exercise equipment that should've cost $20. The best thing about this product was honestly the packaging it came in.
