This stuff is pretty much the same as the Doc Johnson GoodHead, but I enjoy the watermelon flavor more than the Doc Johnson flavors. Otherwise, is basically the same. helps with deep-throating, but mostly I don't find it necessary. It's super sugary, so don't use it vaginally!
