Place the rope in an old pillowcase. Wash ropes separately in your washing machine on gentle cycle using color-safe bleach - use care, as colors may bleed. Hang rope in loose coils to dry (4 days). Once dry, re-oil with a small quantity of scent free baby oil or high quality mineral oil and let dry for two more days before use.Related Products

and it's long enough to wrap around the body, or just simply work on limps and tie to something else or suspend. I have the red one, which I think looks really nice against the skin, and hemp's texture gives nice friction so it doesn't slide around. It leaves beautiful marks too, if you're into that kind of thing!
