Place the rope in an old pillowcase. Wash ropes separately in your washing machine on gentle cycle using color-safe bleach - use care, as colors may bleed. Hang rope in loose coils to dry (4 days). Once dry, re-oil with a small quantity of scent free baby oil or high quality mineral oil and let dry for two more days before use.Related Products

Twisted monk rope is the best rope I've ever used. And smooth and strong, the knots don't really compress during play, so they're easier to untie than some of the others, & the tooth of the rope is such that imo the knots hold like Velcro

You’re going to double it over for most ties, if you’re following a Japanese rope bondage book, and 25’ is a great length to cover a lot of ground and not be unwieldy to handle. Hemp is great for that specific rope feeling, and toothy enough to hold hitches and frictions instead of knots.

One of the great things about the Twisted Monk brand is that it has a range of rope lengths and widths. The 4mm is really wonderful to have on hand for smaller bodies, decorative touches and to and some versatility to play. For anyone expanding their rope collection the 4mm is good addition.
