It's water-based lube. Honestly, not much to write home about. It's basically a Pjur lube, and their water-based lubes are fine. Again, I'm just not like... a diehard Pjur fan. If you are, go for it. It's not as clean of a formula as some other ones I like such as the La Nua or Sutil. That said, it's not bad, but I think there are better options out there.
