This pump is a huge disappointment and I wish brands would be more mindful when making gender affirming products. The cylinder itself is very large and cannot accommodate a lot of anatomies. Not everyone has the same bottom girth and it can cause dysphoria when using this toy if your situation isn’t a certain size.
