Just like the nipple cylinders this is a great addition to the collection. This attachment can be used with the manual gauge pump. There are multiple sizes sold to for different anatomies. If the name isn’t triggering or off putting I would recommend this for trans masc folxs who are interested in pumping because there are different sizes available.

If used regularly, it will increase your clit size a little bit. It's also great to use as foreplay to increase bloodflow. The smaller sizes work well for nip pumping too. The only thing i don't love is that, because it's so small, they pump cushions don't fit, so it's not as comfy as i'd like.

LA PUMP is hands down the best product I've added to my sex chest.
