I have tried a handful of douches over the years from your drugstore options, to classic reusable bulbs, but this is hands down the best one i have used. There are many reasons I like it more than its competitors-- it is fully silicone (hard plastic nozels will harbor bacteria), it is curved which makes insertion easier, the nozzle is longer and wider than many other options, and it is super east to refill.

This douche has a soft silicone nozzle, which is flexible & a bit longer than the classic nozzles. It has always worked well for me, but my favorite thing about it is that it's silicone, so one can wash or boil this toy to make it completely sanitary.
