It only comes in the one size and weight, and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to kegel exercise first-timers, but it does feel great especially if you like a bit of a heavier weight. It’s body safe and non-porous, but is an organic material so I would also not share it between non-fluid-bonded partners.
