I like this crop as a warmup before a cane! This item is listed as "intermediate" which I guess is sort of true: less harsh than a polymer cane or something similar and the padding makes it a little more thuddy (as opposed to sting-y). Nicely made for the price, wish it was real leather but haven't seen another one like it.
