I've never had a "condom scare"--never had a breakage, never had something get stuck inside me to the point that it was difficult to get out, etc.--prior to using this specific type of Kimono condom. While Kimono might be a great brand, something about the shape of the flared tip, I think, is what caused it to get stuck inside me. I used one of these condoms the first time I had intercourse with my male partner after having my IUD removed recently, so having a condom of viable sperm stuck inside me and my partner having to insert almost his entire hand to get it out... pretty scary and it took almost 10 minutes. I can't, in good conscience, recommend these, and I saw on message boards that at least a few other folks have had similar issues with these.
