This flogger has 28 falls which are 14" long and 0.5" wide. The handle is leather wrapped, weighed, and balanced for ease of use. Leather can be cleaned with soap and water, with leather cleaner, or a rubbing alcohol solution. Once leather is cleaned, it should be allowed to air dry for at least 24 hours.
