Clean skin with a damp cloth, place two electrode pads on skin. For best results, use contact gel. After use, wipe pads and box down with a little bit of water and let air-dry.Can be connected to all devices that have a male 2 mm plug; please use them with one of the electrode cables that came with your Mystim e-stim device
DO NOT USE: on head or chest, on eyelids, if you are pregnant, if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electric medical device, if you use any kind of external electric medical device, over broken or irritated skin; ask your doctor before using if you have any serious medical conditions. Remember to remove all jewelry and watches when playing with your e-stim device.
