Sizing
• XSmall – 32-33″
• Small – 34-35″
• Medium – 36-37″
• Large – 38-40″
• XL – 41-43″
• XXL – 44-46″

To find your size, use a tape measure alternatively, you can use string and a ruler. (1) Wrap the tape measure under your armpits above the breast tissue. (2) Wrap the tape measure around your body at the point where you experience the maximum breast tissue. The average of these two measurements is your binder size {(1) + (2)} / 2. Round up for looser fit, round down for a more snug fit. Many folks find they wear one size smaller on our size charts than other binder brands.

I really didn't think I was going to like binding at all due to some weird, semi-traumatic experiences being bound with duct tape in high school for masc parts in musical theater productions. HOWEVER, I really, REALLY like the NYTC Binder, it's v comfy, and I'm LOVING the gender euphoria I feel when I wear it, esp when packing (shoutout to NYTC for their Pierre Packer too.) Did go into the store to try on several sizes, cuz I thought I'd be L (32DDD/E) and I went with the S which isn't too tight and gives max chest reduction. So good I bought a second one.

Quality is good but really hard to get the right size - make sure you try on before you buy! I got XL and was too big so I got L and it was too small ..so not sure what happened there.

This is the most comfortable binder I've ever gotten! The back is elastic so you can pull it forward to loosen it up if it gets too uncomfy. I can wear this a full 8 hours no problem. I will say it does lift a little in the front in the underboob area which might be more noticeable if you have a bigger chest, but I'm only a b cup so its not a big issue.
